32. מסירת מידע ממרשם התעבורה המינהלי לגופים ולבעלי תפקידים
(א)משטרת ישראל תמסור מידע ממרשם התעבורה המינהלי לגופים ולבעלי התפקידים המנויים בתוספת השלישית, לשם מילוי תפקידיהם ובהתאם לתנאים הקבועים בתוספת האמורה, אם נקבעו.
(ב)השר, בהתייעצות עם השר לביטחון לאומי ובאישור ועדת הכלכלה של הכנסת, רשאי, בצו, לשנות את התוספת השלישית.
