33. עיון במרשם התעבורה המינהלי
כל אדם זכאי לעיין בפרטי הרישום על עצמו שבמרשם התעבורה המינהלי, ואם גילה הוא כי נפלה טעות בפרט רישום כאמור, רשאי הוא לפנות למשטרת ישראל בבקשה לתיקון הטעות; קיבלה משטרת ישראל פנייה כאמור, תעבירה לגורם שמסר את פרט הרישום, ויחולו הוראות סעיף 30(ה).
