35. הפעלת סמכויות מפקח כלפי ישראלי באזור
מפקח יהיה מוסמך להפעיל את סמכויותיו לפי חוק זה גם כלפי ישראלי שביצע הפרת תעבורה באזור; לעניין זה, ”אזור“ ו”ישראלי“ – כהגדרתם בתקנות שעת חירום (יהודה והשומרון – שיפוט בעבירות ועזרה משפטית), התשכ״ז–1967, כפי שהוארך תוקפן ותוקן נוסחן בחוק מזמן לזמן.
