36. זכות עיון
(א)מפר רשאי לעיין בחומר הנוגע להפרת תעבורה שבשלה הומצאה לו הודעה על החלטה להטיל קנס, ולהעתיקו, ובלבד שבקשת המפר לעיין בחומר כאמור תוגש בתוך שנתיים מיום שהומצאה לו ההודעה כאמור.
(ב)השר, באישור ועדת הכלכלה של הכנסת, רשאי לקבוע הוראות לעניין זכות העיון לפי סעיף זה והגבלות לעניין היקף הזכות ואופן מימושה.
