9. חובת רישום וסימון
לא יפעיל אדם כטב״ם קטן, אלא אם כן מתקיימים כל אלה:
(1)הכטב״ם הקטן רשום לפי סימן זה וקיימת לגביו תעודת רישום תקפה שנתן המנהל, כאמור בתקנה 12;
(2)הכטב״ם הקטן מסומן בסימנים לזיהויו, כמפורט בתעודת הרישום, ולפי סימן זה;
(3)יש בידו את תעודת הרישום כאמור בפסקה (1) או העתק ממנה, שאותם יציג לפני מי שמוסמך לכך לפי כל דין, לפי דרישתו.
