Section 16 of צו החברות הממשלתיות (הכרזה על אינטרסים חיוניים למדינה בעשות אשקלון תעשיות בע״מ), התשס״ה–2005, תחילה ותחולה.
16. תחילה ותחולה
(א)צו זה יחול גם לאחר הפרטת החברה.
(ב)סעיפים 2(1) ו־(2), 10, 12, 13 ו־15 יעמדו בתוקפם כל עוד קיים בחברה תחום פעילות אחד או יותר.
(ג)חזר להתקיים בחברה תחום פעילות אחד או יותר, לאחר שפקעו הסעיפים האמורים בסעיף קטן (ב), ישובו לתוקפם אותם סעיפים.
(ד)השרים יפרסמו הודעה ברשומות על הפסקת קיום תחום פעילות או על חזרתו כאמור בסעיף קטן (ב) או (ג), לפי הענין.
