19. הפעלת סמכויות השרים לפי צו זה
סמכויות השרים לפי צו זה, יופעלו בהסכמת שר התשתיות הלאומיות; לא התקבלה עמדת שר התשתיות הלאומיות בתוך ארבעים וחמישה ימים, ייחשב כמי שנתן הסכמתו להפעלת הסמכות.
