20. תחילה, תחולה ושמירת דינים
(א)תחילתו של סעיף 19 בתום חצי שנה מהמועד שבו נמכרו מחצית או יותר ממניות החברה על ידי המדינה; הודעה בדבר תחילת הסעיף תפורסם ברשומות.
(ב)צו זה יחול גם לאחר הפרטת החברה.
(ג)הוראות צו זה אינן באות לגרוע מהוראות כל דין, לרבות החוק להסדרת הביטחון בגופים ציבוריים, התשנ״ח–1998.
(ה)צו זה לא יחול על המדינה כמחזיקת אמצעי שליטה בחברה או כבעלת שליטה בה.
