26. מתקני חשמל, מים והסקה
(א)מערכות החשמל, המים, הביוב, ומערכות מכניות אחרות במעון יותקנו לפי הוראות הדין החל לענין התקנתן, לפי הענין.
(ב)במעון תהיה אספקת מים חמים רוב שעות היממה.
(ג)במעון תהיה תאורה מספקת בכל שעות היממה, וכן תהיה תאורת חירום.
(ד)במעון יהיו מיתקני חימום שאישר מכון התקנים.
