27. בטיחות
תיקון: תשע״א
(א)במעון יהיו סידורי בטיחות מפני אש, לפי הוראות רשות הכבאות; ואולם במוסד אמבולטורי לטיפול סוציאלי של מחלקה לשירותים חברתיים ברשות מקומית, יהיו סידורי בטיחות מפני אש, לפי הוראות האחראי על ביטחון וכבאות של הרשות המקומית.
(ב)במעון יהיו סידורי בטחון למניעת פריצות.
