א.
תיקון: תשכ״ט־2
(1)כל תפקיד מהתפקידים המינויים להלן הוא תפקיד מיוחד לענין החוק:
(א)שירותו של הזכאי בהתאם לפקודות הצבא לתוספת בשיעור מלא על משכורתו בשל טיסה פעילה;
(ב)שירות פעיל כצנחן;
(ג)שירות כלוחם ביחידת קומנדו ימי;
(ד)שירות פעיל כצוללן.
(2)תקופת שירות בתפקיד מיוחד תחושב כתקופה גדולה משהיתה למעשה בשיעור 50%.
