1. הפסקות שאינן מפסיקות את רציפות השירות
את רציפות השירות אינן מפסיקות –
(1)הפסקה מחמת העדרו של חייל משירות קבע, אם שירת בהתאם להוראות מפקדו מחוץ לשירות קבע והוצב לרשימה מקובצת 1 או לכל רשימה אחרת שתבוא במקומה;
(2)הפסקה מחמת העדרו של חייל משירות קבע, אם ניתנה לו לפי בקשתו חופשה, שאינה כאמור בסעיף 3(1) לחוק, והוצב לרשימה מקובצת 7 או לכל רשימה אחרת שתבוא במקומה.
