Section 2 of הודעה בדבר תנאים לתשלום גימלה לרגל פרישתו של מורה לפני תחולת החוק.

מורה שפוטר בתקופה שבין יום א׳ בטבת תשי״ג (19 בדצמבר 1952) לבין יום כ״ח באדר ב׳ תשי״ז (31 במרס 1957), תשולם לו גימלה אם נתקיימו בו שני אלה:
(1)הוא עבר ממוסד מוכר לשירות המדינה ונתמלאו בו התנאים האמורים בתקנה 2(1), (2), (3) ו־(6) לתקנות שירות המדינה (גימלאות) (הכרת עבודה במוסד מוכר כשירות), תשכ״ב–1962, וימי שירותו וימי עבודתו במוסד המוכר מצטרפים לתקופה של 15 שנה לפחות;
(2)הוא פוטר מסיבת נכות והגיע ביום הפיטורים לגיל 55.
