Section 3 of הודעה בדבר תנאים לתשלום גימלה לרגל פרישתו של מורה לפני תחולת החוק.
3.
(א)קיצבה תשולם, על אף האמור בסעיפים 1 ו־2 מיום כ״ט באדר ב׳ תשי״ז (1 באפריל 1957) בלבד.
(ב)קיבל מורה או שאיר של מורה פיצויים, יקוזזו הגימלאות המגיעות לו עם הפיצויים ובלבד שהקיצבה המגיעה לפי סעיף קטן (א) מיום כ״ט באדר ב׳ תשי״ז (1 באפריל 1957) תקוזז עם עודף הפיצויים על שני אלה:
(1)הקיצבאות שהיו מגיעות לו עד יום כ״ח באדר ב׳ תשי״ז (31 במרס 1957);
(2)המענקים המגיעים לו.
