9. בדיקת קיום דרישת הישראליות בהפקה מזערית
על אף האמור בסעיפים 5 עד 8, דרישת הישראליות בהפקה מזערית שהתאגיד משקיע בה עד 0.25% מההוצאה השנתית לפי פרט 2 לתוספת לחוק, תתקיים כאשר 75% מבעלי התפקידים האלה הם תושבי ישראל המתגוררים בה דרך קבע: היוצרים, המבצעים למעט ניצב וניצב עם טקסט (”Bit“), כהגדרתם בסעיף 6, ראשי המחלקות מצוות ההפקה לפי פרט 1 לתוספת השנייה, הצלם הראשי והמקליט הראשי; לעניין זה, ”הפקה מזערית“ – הפקה שיש בה פחות מ־10 משתתפים.
