26. איסור גביית כספים שאינם דמי תיווך
(א)מתווך במקרקעין לא יגבה כספים, במישרין או בעקיפין, מאדם, בעד שירותי תיווך במקרקעין, אלא בהתאם לסעיף 14 לחוק, ובכלל זה לא יגבה בעד תיווך במקרקעין דמי קדימה או דמי רצינות לצורך קבלת שירותי התיווך, או תשלום בשל חידוש חוזה או מימוש אופציה בחוזה.
(ב)מתווך במקרקעין לא יתנה מתן שירותי תיווך בתשלומים כאמור בתקנת משנה (א).
