27. המלצה על שירותים נוספים
מתווך במקרקעין אשר סבור שיש צורך במתן שירות על ידי בעל מקצוע אחר, בנוגע למאפיין מהותי של עסקת המקרקעין או של הנכס, יעדכן את הלקוח בצורך זה, כדי שהלקוח יוכל להזמין בעל מקצוע אחר כנדרש, על פי שיקול דעתו.
