4. כלי בקרה ממוכנים
(א)מערכת המחשב שבה יוחזק המאגר תכלול כלי בקרה ממוכנים שיבטיחו שימוש במאגר בהתאם להוראות הפקודה, תיעוד של כל השימושים שנעשו במאגר וכל שינוי שבוצע במידע שבמאגר.
(ב)נתונים שתועדו כאמור בתקנה זו יישמרו לתקופה של חמש שנים לפחות.
