על־אף ההודעה על הקמת הקרן, קרן הכנסת לנזקקים אינה פעילה מאז שנת 2007.

הקמת קרן הכנסת לנזקקים
נמסרת בזה הודעה על הקמת קרן הכנסת לנזקקים (להלן – הקרן) שמטרותיה הן:
1.1(נמחקה);
1.2סיוע ליחידים ולמשפחות.

תיקון: תשס״ו, תשס״ז
מבנה הקרן
הקרן כוללת:
2.1הנהלת הקרן, שתפקידה לקבוע את מדיניות הסיוע לנזקקים.
2.2(נמחקה);
2.3ועדה לענין סעיף 1.1.2 (סיוע ליחידים), שתפקידה לקבוע את היקף הסיוע לגבי כל בקשה לסיוע ליחידים ולמשפחות שהוגשו לקרן.

הנהלת הקרן היא בת 3 חברים:
3.1יושב ראש הכנסת – יושב ראש;
3.2מזכיר הכנסת;
3.3יושב ראש ועדת הכנסת.
