17. שעורי ההשתנות (וריאציה) של יסודות
חוץ אם פורש אחרת בתקנות אלה, הרי דוגמאות של זבלים שניטלו עפ״י הוראות הפקודה והתקנות האלה רואין אותם כדוגמאות המתאימות במדה מספקת להרכב הרשום, אם מכסות האחוזים שנמצאו למעשה הן לא יותר מיחידה אחת פחות מן השעורים הרשומים בפקטורה, בפתקאות ובתעודות הרושם.
