18. סמכותו של המנהל לדרוש בדיקה במקרים ידועים
כל חרושתן, אימפורטר וסוחר המחזיק מלאי של זבל ליותר משנה אחת, חייב להודיע את הדבר למנהל, והלה רשאי לדרוש מאתו להראות תעודת בדיקה או להורות כי תעשה בדיקה רשמית.
