5. פרסום פרטים ידועים ברשומות
תיקון: תש״ט
המנהל יצוה לפרסם ברשומות:–
(א)תוך חודש ימים מיום מתן תעודת הרישום לכל זבל חקלאי, הודעה על הרישום המפרטת את שמו של החרושתן או האימפורטר וסימן האיכות, את ההרכב הכימי של הזבל וכל אותם הפרטים האחרים שהמנהל יראה צורך בהם;
(ב)לפני הראשון בפברואר שבכל שנה רשימה המוסרת את הפרטים המוזכרים בפסקא (א) מתקנה זו לגבי מצבם של הזבלים הרשומים ביום הראשון בינואר שבאותה שנה.
