16. פטור מדיווח
נותן שירות יהיה פטור מדיווח לפי סעיף 15(א) אם הפעולה נעשתה בידי אחד מאלה:
(1)מוסד ציבורי;
(2)תאגיד בנקאי;
(3)בנק הדואר;
(4)מבטח;
(5)נותן שירות אחר;
(6)קופת גמל וחברה מנהלת בשם קופת גמל שבניהולה;
(7)חבר בורסה;
(8)קרן;
(9)חברה בעלת רישיון זירה.
