Section 8 of תקנות הגז הפחמימני המעובה (היתר למיתקני גז), התשפ״ה–2024, הגשת מסמכים מעודכנים או בתוקף.
8. הגשת מסמכים מעודכנים או בתוקף
(א)מסמכים שיצורפו לבקשה לפי התוספות הראשונה והשנייה לתקנות אלה יהיו מעודכנים לשנה האחרונה, לכל היותר, ממועד הגשת הבקשה.
(ב)מסמכים המפורטים בתקנה 4(2) שיש לצרפם לפי תקנות אלה יהיו בתוקף במועד הגשת הבקשה.
