10. ערר
על החלטה בבקשה בעניין צו הגבלה שיפוטי או בבקשה לעיון חוזר כאמור בסעיף 9, ניתן להגיש ערר בתוך 30 ימים מיום שניתנה החלטת בית המשפט, לבית המשפט העליון, שידון בערר בדן יחיד.
