9. עיון חוזר בבקשה בעניין צו הגבלה שיפוטי
בית המשפט שנתן החלטה בבקשה בעניין צו הגבלה שיפוטי רשאי לדון מחדש בהחלטתו, לבקשת האדם שכלפיו הוצא הצו או לבקשת הגורם המוסמך, אם נתגלו עובדות חדשות, נשתנו נסיבות או עבר זמן ניכר מעת מתן ההחלטה.
