5. סטייה מדיני הראיות
(א)בהליכים לפי חוק זה רשאי בית המשפט לסטות מדיני הראיות, אם שוכנע שהדבר יועיל לגילוי האמת ולעשיית משפט צדק.
(ב)מקום שבו החליט בית המשפט לסטות מדיני הראיות לפי סעיף קטן (א), יירשמו הטעמים להחלטה זו.
