21. עקירת דירה אינה פוגעת באחריות לשלם מסים
כל חבר מחברי כנסת ישראל העוקר את דירתו וחדל על ידי כך להיות חבר לקהלה לא יהא פטור מהאחריות לכל המסים או התשלומים המגיעים ממנו בעת צאתו מקהלה זאת.
