3. אורגנים של כנסת ישראל
תיקון: תש״ח
בישראל תהיה כנסת ישראל מוכרת, ותתכונינה קהלות כפי המפורש בתקנות אלו.
מוסדות כנסת ישראל יכללו –
(א)מועצת הרבנות הראשית;
(ב)לשכות רבנות מקומיות;
(ג)אספת נבחרים;
(ד)ועד לאומי;
(ה)ועדי קהלות.
