4. הרכב מועצת הרבנות
(1)מועצת הרבנות הראשית שתתכונן באופן המפורש בזה תמלא תפקיד של פקוח כללי על לשכות הרבנות ועל רבני הקהלות.
(2)במועצת הרבנות הראשית יהיו שני רבנים ראשיים: האחד ספרדי והאחד אשכנזי, וששה חברים – שלושה ספרדים ושלושה אשכנזים.
(3)הרכבתה של המועצה תוכל להשתנות עפ״י אספה מיוחדת שתקרא בהתאם לתקנה 9(2):
בתנאי שלא יביאו כל שינוי ביחס המספרי של הרבנים הראשיים ושל חברי מועצת הרבנות שבין הספרדים והאשכנזים.
