5. הרכבן של לשכת הרבנות
(1)באותן הקהלות שתחליט עליהן מועצת הרבנות הראשית תוקם לשכת רבנות או ימונה רב.
(2)מספר החברים בכל לשכת רבנות ייקבע ע״י ועד הקהלה:
בתנאי שבכל מקום שבו קיימת עדה ספרדית תהיה לעדה הנ״ל ביאת כח בלשכת הרבנות, ביחס למספר חברי העדה.
