1. הגדרה
בתקנות אלה, ”ריבית ה־Term SOFR לשלושה חודשים“ – ריבית דולרית משתנה, במונחים שנתיים, לתקופה של שלושה חודשים, כפי שמפורסמת על ידי בורסת CME (Chicago Mercantile Exchange), שני ימי עסקים לפני תחילת הרבעון, בדף המידע ”SR3M“ של ספק המידע LSEG (רויטרס) או בדף אחר שיבוא במקומו.
