2. שיעור ריבית במטבע חוץ
שיעור הריבית המתווספת לתגמולי ביטוח שיש לשלמם במטבע חוץ או במטבע ישראלי המחושב לפי ערכו של מטבע חוץ בהתאם להוראות סעיף 28(ד) לחוק חוזה הביטוח, התשמ״א–1981 (להלן – שיעור הריבית במטבע חוץ), יהיה, לכל רבעון, בשיעור ריבית ה־Term SOFR לשלושה חודשים, בתוספת 1.26161 נקודות אחוז.
