3. פרסום שיעור ריבית במטבע חוץ
החשב הכללי במשרד האוצר או מי שהוא הסמיכו לכך יפרסם ברשומות ובאתר האינטרנט של משרד האוצר את שיעור הריבית במטבע חוץ לכל רבעון; הפרסום באינטרנט ייעשה בתוך 10 הימים הראשונים של כל רבעון, לגבי אותו רבעון.
