6. ייבוא מזון שהוא משקה משכר
לא ייבא אדם מזון שהוא משקה משכר אלא אם כן התקיימו כל אלה:
(1)יש בידיו אישור מוקדם לייבוא מזון שהוא משקה משכר, והוא מקיים את הדרישות שפורטו בו;
(2)הוא מייבא את המזון בהתאם להוראות לעניין משקה משכר שבפרק זה.
