5. החלה בשינויים של הוראות החוק לעניין ייבוא
(א)הוראות פרק ד׳ לחוק יחולו לעניין ייבוא מזון שהוא משקה משכר בשינויים ובתנאים הקבועים בפרק זה.
(ב)לעניין פרק ד׳ לחוק, מזון שהוא משקה משכר לא ייחשב מזון רגיל, לא יחולו בעניינו הוראות פרק ד׳ לחוק המתייחסות למזון רגיל, ובמקומן יחולו הוראות תקנות אלה.
