3. איסור הצבת כוורות מאוכלסות במקרקעי ציבור בלא היתר
(א)לא יציב אדם כוורת מאוכלסת במקרקעי ציבור, באופן שבו יש לדבורים גישה לאוויר הפתוח, אלא בהיתר מאת ועדת ההיתרים ובהתאם לתנאים שנקבעו בהיתר, ובכלל זה לנקודת ההצבה ולמספר הכוורות המאוכלסות הנקוב בו.
(ב)לעניין חוק זה יראו כהצבה גם השארה של כוורת מאוכלסת במקום שבו הוצבה במקרקעי ציבור.
