5. כוחו של היתר לעניין זכויות במקרקעין ולעניין חוק ההתיישבות החקלאית
(א)אין בכוחו של היתר להקנות זכות כלשהי במקרקעין או לגרוע מכל זכות לפי כל דין במקרקעין.
(ב)הצבת כוורות מאוכלסות בהתאם להיתר או לשם מתן שירותי האבקה לפי חוק זה, בקרקע חקלאית כהגדרתה בחוק ההתיישבות החקלאית (סייגים לשימוש בקרקע חקלאית ובמים), התשכ״ז–1967, לא תיחשב שימוש חורג כהגדרתו בחוק האמור.
