10. עריכת שינויים בבקשה
(א)המהנדס רשאי בכל עת, ולא יאוחר מ־10 ימים לפני תום תקופת בדיקת ההתאמה, לבקש עריכת שינויים בבקשה, בכפוף לאמור בתקנה 7, אם ראה שלא מתקיימים בה תנאי בדיקת ההתאמה.
(ב)עורך הבקשה רשאי להגיש בקשה מתוקנת כאמור בתקנת משנה (א) עד 5 ימים לפני תום תקופת בדיקת ההתאמה.
