Section 9 of תקנות התכנון והבנייה (שינוי שימוש למטרת עסק), התשפ״ה–2025, בדיקת התאמת הבקשה.
9. בדיקת התאמת הבקשה
(א)המהנדס יבדוק בתוך 30 ימים ממועד קליטת הבקשה לשינוי שימוש אם מתקיימים בה התנאים המפורטים בסעיף 145ה(א) לחוק.
(ב)לעניין בקשה לשינוי שימוש לעסק טעון רישוי, מניין 30 הימים לבדיקת התאמת הבקשה כאמור בתקנת משנה (א) יחל בתום המועד למתן תשובת הגורם המאשר כאמור בתקנה 4.
