1. הגדרות
בתקנות אלה –
”גוף ציבורי“ – כהגדרתו בסעיף 14 לחוק;
”מידע פלילי“ – מידע מהמרשם הפלילי; ומידע מן המרשם המשטרתי, כאמור בסעיף 27(א)(1) לחוק בכפוף לתקנות המידע הפלילי ותקנת השבים (סייגים למסירת מידע – הגבלת מידע על תיקים תלויים ועומדים שלא הוגש בהם כתב אישום), התשפ״ב–2022.
