Section 2 of תקנות המידע הפלילי ותקנת השבים (מסירת מידע מהמרשם הפלילי לשם התקשרות בחוזה לביצוע עסקה במסגרת מכרז), התשפ״ה–2025, היקף המידע שתמסור המשטרה.
2. היקף המידע שתמסור המשטרה
(א)היקף המידע שתמסור המשטרה לגוף ציבורי לפי סעיף 14(ג) לחוק יכלול מידע מהמרשם הפלילי לפי סעיף 12 לחוק, ויחולו לעניין זה סעיף 30(א) ו־(ג) לחוק.
(ב)על אף האמור בתקנת משנה (א), לא יימסר מידע מהמרשם הפלילי לפי סעיף 14(ג) על נותן שירות או מבצע עבודה נושא ההתקשרות לגוף ציבורי שאינו זכאי לקבל מידע פלילי לצורך העסקת עובדים.
