5. דרישות נוספות לקבלת אישור לייצור דגם רכב
(א)מבקש אישור לייצור דגם רכב יידרש, נוסף על הדרישות המפורטות בסעיף 21 לחוק, לקיים את הדרישות האלה:
(1)האב טיפוס של דגם רכב או שינוי המבנה ברכב, עומד בדרישות לפי פקודת התעבורה לעניין בטיחות הרכב וההגנה על הסביבה לצורך רישום רכב;
(2)דרישות שירותי תחזוקה כמפורט בתקנה 6.
(ב)אין באישור לייצור דגם רכב שנתן המנהל לפי סעיף 21 לחוק, כדי לייתר אישור אחר הנדרש לפי כל דין לייצור כאמור.
