Section 2 of צו הסכמים לנשיאת עוברים (אישור הסכם ומעמד היילוד) (הגדלת מספר הילדים המרבי ומסירת מידע) (הוראת שעה), התשפ״ה–2025, הוראת שעה.
2. הוראת שעה
(א)בתקופה של שנה מיום התחילה, יראו כאילו המספר המרבי של הילדים המשותפים לעניין הורים מיועדים והמספר המרבי של הילדים הגנטיים לעניין אם מיועדת יחידה לפי סעיף 5(א)(1ג)(ב) לחוק, הוא שלושה.
(ב)סעיף קטן (א) יחול לגבי הורים מיועדים שילדם נפטר או הורה מיועד יחיד שילדו נפטר, שהגישו בקשה לפי סעיף 4 לחוק בתוך תקופה של שנה מיום התחילה.
