3. מסירת מידע לכנסת
שר הבריאות ימסור לוועדת הבריאות של הכנסת, עשרה חודשים לאחר יום התחילה, מידע על בקשות לפי סעיף 4 לחוק שהוגשו מיום התחילה, למעט ”מידע אישי“ כהגדרתו בסעיף 3 לחוק הגנת הפרטיות, התשמ״א–1981, ובכלל זה משך הזמן המשוער עד איתור אם נושאת והגשת הבקשה לאישור ועדת האישורים, ובפרט בנוגע למבקשים אשר אין להם ילדים.
