בתוקף סמכותי לפי סעיף 40 לחוק חקירת סיבות מוות, תשי״ח–1958, ובתוקף שאר הסמכויות הנתונות לי לפי כל דין, אני מתקין תקנות אלה:
1. תשלומים לעדים, רופאים ומומחים
על תשלום דמי נסיעה ולינה, שכר בטלה של עדים ושכר טרחה של רופאים ומומחים שהוזמנו להעיד לפני חוקר סיבות מוות, יחולו הוראות תקנות 6–10 לתקנות סדר הדין הפלילי, תשכ״ו–1966.
2. השם
לתקנות אלה ייקרא ”תקנות חקירת סיבות מוות (שכר בטלה), תשכ״ו–1966“.
