שר המשפטים ממונה על ביצוע חוק זה ורשאי להתקין תקנות לביצועו, ובין השאר תקנות בדבר –
(1)סדרי דין ונוהג בהליכים לפי חוק זה;
פורסמו תקנות סדרי הדין הפלילי (חקירת סיבות מוות), תשי״ח–1958.
(2)דמי נסיעה ולינה ושכר בטלה של עדים שהוזמנו להעיד ושכר טרחה של רופאים ומומחים.
