21. בקשה למתן היתר לפעילות עסקית בחוץ־לארץ
בבקשה למתן היתר לפי סעיף 6 לחוק יפורטו, בנוסף לאמור בתקנה 1(1) עד (4), פרטים אלה:
(1)מהות המשרה או התפקיד כאמור בסעיף 6(1) לחוק; שם המעביד או מעניק התפקיד, מענו ומקום מילוי התפקיד;
(2)מהות העסק שברצונו של המבקש לרכוש זכות בו, מקום הימצאו של העסק ומהות הזכות;
(3)שמות הארצות שבהן שירת המבקש בשנתיים האחרונות לפני פרישתו.
