Section 4 of תקנות העתיקות (חצרים), תשי״ט–1959, בית נכות.
4. בית נכות
(א)לא יאכל אדם בבית נכות ולא יעשן בו.
(ב)לא ישאיר אדם פסולת בבית נכות אלא במקומות שקבעם המנהל.
(ג)לא יגע אדם בבית נכות בעתיקה או בריהוט.
(ד)לא יטלטל אדם בבית נכות עתיקה או רהיט ממקום למקום אלא לפי רשיון מאת המנהל.
(ה)לא יוציא אדם מבית נכות עתיקה או רהיט אלא לפי רשיון מאת השר או המנהל הכללי של משרד החינוך והתרבות.
(ו)לא יצלם אדם בתוך בית נכות אלא ברשות המנהל.
