5. אתר היסטורי
(א)לא יטלטל אדם באתר היסטורי עתיקה ממקום למקום.
(ב)לא יוציא אדם מאתר היסטורי עתיקה אלא לפי רשיון מאת המנהל.
(ג)לא יגרד אדם את פני הקרקע באתר היסטורי.
(ד)לא יאכל אדם באתר היסטורי.
(ה)לא ישאיר אדם פסולת ואשפה באתר היסטורי אלא במקומות שקבעם המנהל.
(ו)לא יצלם אדם באתר היסטורי אלא ברשות המנהל.
